You propel tactical direction and bring unity to complex business relationships.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for an Access Reimbursement (ARM) team performance and strategy within an assigned geography. This role is critical in the launch strategy with large key payer targets including large national commercial insurers and government payer entities. You will:

  • Direct oversight of Access Reimbursement Managers - recruit, interview, hire, and monitor team performance
  • Provide access/reimbursement coaching expertise on manufacturer products in all places of service
  • Ensure team provides access/reimbursement education to physician offices throughout the access journey
  • Educate direct reports on how to navigate & educate on required access/reimbursement models by utilizing an in depth understanding of utilization management criteria for both commercial and government payers, assignment of benefits and Medicare Part B or D options for reimbursement

Essential Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in reimbursement/sales supporting a specialty or biologic product
  • 3+ years’ management experience
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

  • Advanced degree
  • Previous market access management experience
  • Experience working with a patient-centric HUB
