Job Overview:

As an Entry Level Associate AI Solution Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Experience Design & Technology team, helping to research, develop, and prototype AI-driven solutions. Your work will involve creating custom GPT models, exploring the potential of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and leveraging the latest advancements in AI to solve real-world problems in advertising. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in Python and a keen interest in AI, who is eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Research and Development: Conduct research in AI-related fields to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Explore new ways to apply AI within the advertising space.
• Custom GPT Development: Develop and fine-tune custom GPT models for specific use cases within the agency, ensuring they meet the needs of various projects.
• Prototyping RAG Solutions: Explore and prototype solutions using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Integration and Implementation: Work with platforms like Google Colab, OnRender, Netlfiy and Pinecone to integrate and implement AI solutions within our existing technology stack.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and user experience, to understand their needs and provide AI-driven solutions. This role will be highly collaborative and offers a great way to get exposure to how various aspects of healthcare communications works.
• Documentation and Presentation: Document your research and development work, and present your findings and prototypes to the team for feedback and iteration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work or research experience will also be considered.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS and general build/deployment methods) is a secondary consideration, but would be seen as valuable
  • Experience with developing and fine-tuning custom GPT models or other large language models.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Google Colab and Pinecone.
  • Knowledge of OpenAI products and how to leverage them for various use cases.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with the latest advancements in AI and technology.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
