Role Overview: The Head of Production will lead our Creative Delivery Team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role drives innovation and champions exceptional digital experiences in the healthcare space. Upholding our company mission; ‘Committed to customers always’ whilst delivering on our creative vision are inherent to the success of our Head of Production.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery:
    • Ensure excellence in omnichannel project delivery.
    • Manage third-party vendors and ensure all contractual documentation is complete.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope and deliver projects.
    • Lead pre-production calls and briefings.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Develop and lead a multidisciplinary creative delivery team.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Inspire and mentor team members.
  • Creative Technology:
    • Drive internal innovation using gaming and emerging technologies.
    • Conceptualise and prototype across various platforms.
    • Present technology ideas to account teams and clients.
    • Manage creative technology budgets and documentation.
    • Share reports on new trends in the pharma industry.
  • Efficiency and Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Mitigate technology-related issues for projects.
    • Prepare and deliver project proposals.
    • Advocate for and implement standardised global platforms and workflows.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record in digital project delivery within a healthcare agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain an engaged team.
  • Excellent understanding of digital technologies and multimedia production.
  • Exceptional organisational, financial management, and administrative skills.
  • Confident in presenting and influencing stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation in healthcare.
