Description

In this role, you will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced analytical solutions to address complex challenges in the healthcare industry. You will lead data science projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions that drive value and impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data science and healthcare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and healthcare providers. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to solution delivery.
  • Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve healthcare-related problems.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract actionable insights from healthcare data.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in data science and healthcare analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SMEs, to drive project success.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in data science and healthcare analytics.
Essential Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on healthcare analytics.
  • Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., electronic health records, claims and prescription data)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex healthcare challenges.
