Description

You’re a clinician, a patient advocate, and an educator — and you excel at every one of them.  

The Clinical Education Manager will be responsible for the clinical education initiatives in the Multiple Sclerosis and Respiratory therapeutic areas. The CEM will play a key role in the education of patients by providing virtual, telephonic or in-person support and assist in coordination of available resources to patients after Rx written but before treatment. You will:

  • Provide patient-level Access Solutions reimbursement and access support services directly to the patient    
  • Collaborate with ecosystem field teams providing in-services to inform appropriate prescribers and staff on patient education service offerings per brand guidance/policy      
  • Provide disease state and/or branded product education to prescribers or staff upon request    
  • Communicate patient-specific access issues and trends to territory partners (no specific patient information is to be shared)
  • Strategize with territory partners to determine educational opportunities and priorities for patients

 Essential Requirements: 

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous patient facing-commercial/clinical experience in MS and/or persistent asthma and/or Chronic spontaneous urticaria
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Desired Requirements: 

  • Food allergy area is a plus
  • Previous 3-5 years of account management skills or patient education industry experience
  • Injection training and infusion experience preferred
