JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the recruiters within our different business unit, provide administrative support, and work within TA (Talent Acquisition) technologies. This is an opportunity to support recruitment processes while learning how to manage multiple tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

•            Provide support to the Operations team in a variety of ways including but not limited to system administration. Support includes configuration of the system (emails, video interview, offer letters, etc.) along with other administrative support. This will involve ensuring smooth operations within the TA department and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.

•            Fulfil new tickets submitted by recruitment and partner with the Operations Team Managers to undertake any maintenance or updates required

•            Collaborate with teams across the Operations function as well as opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally throughout the business

•            Process documentation – Support with the creation of job aids as it pertains to any operation processes new or updated

•            Coordination – Support the recruiters on the interview scheduling process.

•            Sourcing – Support the recruiters on sourcing activities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

•            Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.

•            Exceptional organizational and communication skills

•            Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, while maintaining the same attention to detail and quality

•            Proficiency in Internet applications and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

•            Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
