Responsibilities

The Field Educator is primarily responsible for educating and creating awareness with key patient care team members involved in the treatment and administration of our clients product portfolio.

  • Engage with key accounts and HCPs/allied care givers responsible for product administration and patient monitoring, both proactively and reactively, virtually and in-person, to educate on the clinical data for use in appropriate patients as well as administration logistics
  • Collaborate and partner with peers in the commercial organization, brand team and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Participate in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Buy and Bill or Specialty Pharmacy Required
  • Critical care, rare disease, and/or infectious disease experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of how biologic products are purchased, ordered and administered which include knowledge reimbursement policies
  • Must exhibit strong experience developing, implementing, executing and measuring success with account plans
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
