JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Strategy Manager will develop strategies and facilitate workshops that inspire clients to realize their brand’s identity. In addition to proficiency in concepting and delivering brand strategies to clients, this role is adept at the creation of materials, managing production of materials, and certain oversight aspects of the project process including cross-functional team management from proposal phase to final recommendations.    

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to confidently lead internal and external teams through the AW brand strategy process, including workshop facilitation, presentations and discussion aligning external teams to strategic concepts
  • Provide training to internal and client team members on principles of brand strategy, best practices, and ongoing understanding of the value of strategy in decision making
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and deliverables to better meet client needs, including development and implementation of new deliverables
  • Utilize client interactions to build relationships that facilitate trust and opportunities for the business
  • Work and collaborate cross functionally with creative teams to build the strongest work
  • Serve as an active partner to the Business Development and Marketing teams to generate Strategy opportunities
  • Leverage the partnership between Strategy and Insights (both within Addison Whitney as well as across Syneos) to develop and employ strategy research best practices to deliver excellent work to our clients
  • Facilitate the concepting and development of industry thought leadership.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS     

  • Minimum of 3+ years of strategy experience within an agency preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Experience presenting to clients is strongly preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
