Description

A 12-month freelance role within the European Omnichannel team, working across a wide range of areas including insight and research, experience design, HCP engagement campaigns and analytics. The Senior Consultant will work with the team members in each of these areas to lead and deliver projects and ongoing programmes of work within Syneos Health Communications in Europe, but also collaborating with broader geographies and parts of the business as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Priority focus will be overseeing the team on the execution of branded communications including data publicity and regulatory communications, developing brand media strategy and plans, managing development of all messaging and traditional and social/digital media materials 
  • Mentoring and managing members of the team, ensuring they are set up for success and are building capacity and confidence in managing their projects 
  • Willingness to travel is required for customer meetings and/or events in leadership role 
  • Developing smart, thoughtful strategic recommendations; being able to tell a story through a deck is critical  

 

Essential Requirements

  • Existing experience in a healthcare agency environment and Marketing 
  • Experience in helping to manage healthcare professional focused campaigns (ideally, both educational and product promotional) 
  • Experience working with global / international marketing teams and collaborating with local teams to develop and deliver plans is essential
  • Strong client service skills, involving day-to-day communications, as well as planning and running workshops with client teams at both a global and country level if required
  • Customer insight/research and data analysis: being able to design and execute ways of gathering data to inform a programme, then being able to interpret this data to inform ongoing performance optimisation

An understanding of good account management, which will involve day-to-day communications with clients or vendors, as well as a track record of working with account teams to efficiently manage time and deliver strategy work within budget
