You are organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative position.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the account team as well as supporting defined billable client/project management tasks as assigned. This position is responsible for excellent organizational skills, as well as daily communications. You will:

  • Takes responsibility for executing the day-to-day account workload
  • Employs a basic understanding of the client’s product/service, industry and competitive environment
  • Demonstrates a well-rounded knowledge of marketing disciplines

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field
  • 5-10 years’ agency experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment
  • 1 day a week (Wednesdays) onsite in NYC

Desired Requirements:

  • Maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-parties
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is adaptable/flexible

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120k to $148k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
