In this role, The Attaché à la Promotion du Medicament (APM) will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to identify local healthcare professionals (HCPs) within primary and secondary care settings with an interest in treating insomnia. The APM will develop local business plans that deliver the forecasted sales and drive uptake of the product across their region.

  • Coverage of an agreed territory the APM will identify and develop HCP value-based interactions using approved materials/ media, along with company data and insights to proactively interact across primary and secondary care whilst ensuring alignment to national and regional launch strategy.
  • Is responsible for meeting the specified sales targets in volume and in revenue.
  • Will ensure interactions are delivered with competency and quality building a strong differentiated approach to customer interactions. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience within Primary Care / Secondary Care Sales and able to demonstrate success in achievements. 
  • Product launch experience desirable, especially in GP, CNS and / or Neurology. 
  • Candidates must fulfil legal requirements for medical reps in country to work in the pharmaceutical industry: the promotional information visit diploma or equivalent.

Desired Requirements

  • Current relationships with HCPs with an interest in insomnia, including Primary Care GP’s, GPs with special interest, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists and Neurologists will be a distinct advantage.
  • Previous experience selling within CNS/ Neurology/ Psychiatry is preferred.
