Description

Forging new relationships and establishing rapport with thought leaders comes naturally to you. 

In this role, you will establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with principal investigators and study coordinators to support the enrollment and conduct of client clinical studies. You will interact with various internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on research sites and their network partners, study coordinators, pharmacists, clinical research associates and investigators. You will: 

  • Work with client and CRO Clinical Development and Clinical Operations leads and trial sites to understand and implement study protocols effectively 
  • Partner with sites to develop and implement effective local and regional subject recruitment strategies, suggest local outreach options, facilitate escalation of investigator questions/concerns, recruitment/retention initiatives and clinical site & investigators meetings as it relates to recruitment strategies 
  • Follow up with sites post-SIV to ensure patient enrollment runs smoothly. Identify challenges, issues, and barriers and report back to client and work with study teams and sites to develop solutions? 
  • Identifies health care providers currently managing patients with Prostate Cancer and cultivates a network of experts in diagnosis and treatment of Prostate Cancer to identify drive patient referrals and enrollment
  • Understand and adhere to field medical compliance guidelines for HCP interactions

Essential Requirements: 

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD)
  • Nuclear Technologist (CNMT) will be considered
  • Knowledge of clinical trial/research design, conduct, and understanding clinical study results 
  • Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or investigational site management

Desired Requirements: 

  • Oncology, with prostate cancer experience highly preferred. Experience with nuclear medicine preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; exceptional at presenting scientific content 
  • Ability to travel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $182,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.  In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
