The Syneos Health Hospital Sales Representative will own the relationships with HCPs including Endocrinologists, Diabetologists & Specialty teams. The Hospital Sales Representative leverages these relationships to generate increased demand and access for our client’s productby targeting appropriate influencers and decision-makers within the integrated customer environment. Each Hospital Sales Representative will have lead account responsibility for high potential and strategic integrated customer accounts, and knowledge of formulary application processes with proven sales success. The Hospital Sales Representative will call on key decision makers across the account (NHS STP’s ICS, MDT committee members), coordinate selling activities at priority accounts in an entrepreneurial manner. 

Responsibilities  

  • Be involved in planning activities within the territory based on marketing recommendations and implementing action plan in compliance with company procedures and ethical standards  
  • Provide product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed on promotional materials to adequately support your sales calls  
  • Achieve set sales objectives for promoted products according to sales plans and allocated budget  
  • Maintain and establish relations with assigned and potential customers in your territory to achieve/exceed sales objectives for our company products  
  • Develop stakeholder and influencer action plans in partnership with a cross functional team and coordinate the related activities implementation, including value solutions   
  • Define and reach measurable goals and KPIs for the territories   
  • Plan, organise, and participate in appropriate group activities (presentations, meetings with expert, congresses etc.) to positively support ongoing sales activities   
  • Provide product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed promotional materials to adequately support sales calls  
  • Identify value differentiators linked to products and services per key account/HCP needs 

Essential Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree required 
  • Experience in commercial biotech/pharma sales 
  • Experience in Diabetes with hospital sales desirable 
  • Proven experience with integrated customers and knowledge of integrated health systems
