Description

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. 

In this role, you will provide critical oversight on matters related to the project and be responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCPs, and prioritizing external stakeholders in the therapeutic area and integrated health care systems. As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for presenting clinically focused sales messaging that resonates and compels potential and existing customers to take action. You will: 

  • Identify and develop relationships with key account leadership including C/D Suite, Clinical Decision Makers, Key Opinion Leaders, Population Health, and other critical support staff
  • Act as a commercial point of contact with key decision makers at identified strategic accounts. Prioritize and execute key account opportunities to accelerate growth 
  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop, educate, and implement therapeutic policies, processes, and protocols within the account, that pull through product sales
  • Identify individual key account needs by mapping and developing internal stakeholder influence and therapeutic patient journey 

Essential Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 5+ years’ commercial biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience and/or marketing experience
  • 3+ years’ pharmaceutical sales account leadership and/or 3 years’ direct line leadership experience
  • Established relationship with Medical Leadership and/or Pharmacy Directors within key assigned accounts
