In this role, you will lead the execution of market research projects, either with external vendors or internal panels of expert industry advisors, while educating and supporting consultants in the use of these vendors/panel for quantitative market research projects. You will: 

  • Develop and uphold relevant policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with all applicable market research laws and standards
  • Engage advisors from the panel and proactively manage day-to-day fielding operations
  • Provide leadership to matrixed support staff (e.g., administrative team, other consultants) to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time
  • Foster and maintain business relationships with vendors and panelists
  • Actively participate in kick-off meetings, interpret project requirements and assess feasibility, provide recommendations on recruiting targets, and maintain project information forms

Essential Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years’ relevant experience working in market research, recruiting, and panel management
  • Experience supporting multiple staff members, and either leading teams, or directly managing and supervising others
  • Fluency in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced degree
  • Knowledge of the US payer, healthcare, and pharmaceutical markets
