In this role, you will be an integral part of an expanding nationwide CNS sales team launching a new drug to the market. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train, develop and coach a successful sales team in the assigned region. You will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
  • Lead with a strategic mindset developing business plans to successfully achieve sales results 
  • Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and successfully pull through marketing strategies
  • Develop strategies to balance and strategically pull through portfolio selling successfully 
  • Monitor all field activities and lead with integrity to ensure compliance guidelines are met

Essential Requirements: 

  • 10+ years life science sales
  • 3+ years regional or district manager experience
  • Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets
  • Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights

Desired Requirements:   

  • Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and/or schizophrenia
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start-up environments
  • String track record of sales success
