Senior Learning Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery, execution, and management of all of the customer’s training-related needs. As the Senior Learning Manager, you will be expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, marketplace, and product-specific materials while leveraging your ability to effectively facilitate and communicate. You will:

• Support marketing, field sales and field sales management teams by leading efforts around ongoing training content for national sales meetings, POA meetings, manager meetings, and other training initiatives
• Create and maintain a workable training plan to determine the goals, strategies, and tactics to be implemented to achieve customer satisfaction
• Oversee content for all forms of training delivery & work with the content developer/vendor
• Oversee the implementation of, or deliver all of the training programs, including new-hire backfill training, advanced training, NSMs, and POA virtual trainings

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Biopharma training experience

Desired Requirements:

• MBA or master’s degree in instructional design
• Pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience
• Market Access experience
• Background in consulting, instructional design

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $155,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
