The Account Manager will be part of the Medical Technology & Technology segment of Addison Whitney supporting business development, client management and the creative teams  with setting and maintaining internal and external team expectations for client  deliverables. Operating with a growth mindset this position will assist the Account Leads by participating on client calls and helping to prepare materials before or after meetings . Depending on specific project needs, the Account Manager will create, review and update pitch decks, proposals, SOWs, pricing estimates, templates and various internal and external documents.

  • Support Account Leads by leading client communications – including providing details around our process and associated timelines-
  • Create and maintain project timelines, schedules and budgets - plan, monitor, appraise, and review project progress and team contributions
  • Assist the Account Director by prioritizing and managing internal resources (vendors, etc.)
  • Clearly communicate project status, deadlines, deliverables, etc. to internal team members
  • Assist in reviewing and updating pitch decks, proposal templates and libraries – helping to implement changes where necessary
  • Contribute recommendations to strategic plans and various reviews
  • Work directly with Account Lead to scope projects and develop proposals, SOWs and estimates for new project opportunities 
  • Understand and be able to communicate with clients about the value of brand and the depth and breadth of our services with the goal of uncovering additional opportunities with client teams

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience required
  • Knowledge of developing strategic approaches and problem solving for various projects at a creative agency required
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work within a team or independently required
  • Adherence to EST working hours with a strong team mentality 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 to $85,000.  The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.  Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.  In addition, some positions MAY include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
