Responsibilities
The Manager of Strategy ensures that services & strategic solutions are proposed and delivered effectively. They apply extensive and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare marketplace to guide patient services program strategy, design, implementation, and daily operations by providing subject matter expertise. They will use data and field intelligence to aggregate issues & opportunities and identify program solutions. They bridge the gap between client and Syneos Health program operations (analytics, training, program design, and business recommendations/development) to ensure patient services program meets the client’s goals.
