Overview

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the reimbursement strategy with the goal of ensuring optimal access with specific products.The National Reimbursement Lead will be responsible for leading the team towards the achievement of established client goals, meeting metrics/service level requirements, and ensuring that all goals are met compliantly and in a fiscally responsible manner. You will:  

  • Hire, motivate and coach field reimbursement team to meet goals and objectives through influencing compliant behavior 
  • Lead field reimbursement team to ensure goals are met to support product access within targeted accounts 
  • Work with Field Reimbursement Managers on a consistent basis, evaluating coaching and directing local business plans/presentations 
  • Work with leadership to define and establishappropriate behaviors and actions that will lead to high levels of client satisfaction 

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Field Reimbursement, Market Access, or Patient Services 
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Manager/first line leader with demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate, coach, lead and execute strategy 
  • Experience navigating reimbursement challenges and advanced knowledge of patient support services, healthcare structures, pharmacy benefits, payer access and reimbursement methodology.

  • Proven track record of collaborating broadly with a diverse range of customers, clients, and stakeholders 
  • Training in and experience in responsible business communication both written and spoken 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to strict company compliance guidelines and procedures
