Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Deployment Solutions team in daily administrative activities, internal and external communications, and data entry. Bring your organisational and innovative insights to the broader team to identify areas of improvement.  

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business administrative needs across multiple projects
  • Maintain and manage team relationships to proactively support upcoming priorities
  • Provide educational support on project specific administrative tools
  • Liaises internally and externally with project set up requirements including recruitment and HRSS for hires and contracts, Operations for onboarding including all IT and mobile equipment, fleet for cars, and finance for business expenses credit cards
  • Supports any training requirements for the DS Field deployed organisations such as scheduling, checking attendance, and following up outstanding training of SOPs

  • Business administrative degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge and working experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Basic understanding of Medical Affairs, Market Access, Remote Interactions
  • Data entry into CRMs
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in a business administrative role within a matrix and international organisation is prefereable
  • Previous experience in CSO business or in Pharmaceutical/Medical device company is preferable
  • Knowledge of the DMOS/Anti-gift law (Loi Anti-cadeau), Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS), Public Health Code, Loi Bertrand
  • Knowledge of the LEEM pharmaceutical code
