Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• Successfully lead an award-winning, high profile, fast-paced account in the rare disease and serious mental health space by establishing a trusted relationship with client and large team
• Oversee all areas of the multi-million-dollar pieces of business (branded, unbranded, media, digital, creative) in a seamless manner, with focus on strategy, creativity and excellent client service
• Mentor team members and establish collaborative, safe environment for team to succeed
• Participate in agency operations workstreams with focus on client service, marketing/visibility, culture and business development
• Participate in new business pitching, prospecting and organic growth opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• A seasoned PR communications strategist who has experience leading multi-million-dollar, large scale, highly visible campaigns
• Potential priority areas of focus will be on brand communications, high touch patient and influencer engagement planning (branded and unbranded), media strategy, and execution of first-of-its-kind patient and advocacy engagement campaigns.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,400 to $277,000.  The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.  Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.  In addition, some positions MAY include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
