Our Summer Internship Program

This Opportunity

The Deployment Solutions HR Team provides support to our Field-based Sales teams.  In this role, you will be a dedicated resource to assigned to new and ongoing projects with a focus on HR deliverables.  You will work closely with the HR Managers as well as partners from our Centers of Excellence.  We are seeking a summer intern to join us and provide project-related support by accomplishing tasks and supporting the team to ensure key deliverables are met.   You will be a member of a positive, results orientated work environment while building partnerships through teamwork and communicating in an open, balanced, and objective manner.

This is a 12-week internship; full-time over Summer 2023.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Support (On & Off Boarding Initiatives)
• Utilize Power BI tools to report and analyze Deployment Solutions’ Attrition, Exit Surveys and DE&I efforts
• Collaborate with team on development of Promotional Criteria for Sales
• Modify and update the HR Team’s site

Job Requirements

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Rising Junior or Senior)
• Past internship experience or project work in Human Resources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), email, and voicemail 
• Above-average attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a workload consisting of several concurrent projects or tasks
• Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry
