As a member of the Taylor Strategy Partners Team, our Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the Team with a myriad of “asks” – these asks will put your specific skill-set to good use, hence your being chosen for this rotation.  For example, during your time with us you may work with our Recruiters to identify target candidate populations and utilizes computer searching and networking techniques to identify candidates meeting desired criteria.

Responsibilities

 

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities, assigned:

  • Duties and responsibilities may vary based on opportunity demands and the cyclical staffing environment. Utilizing all recruitment tools in order to source, identify and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined.  
  • Generate opportunity leads and referrals through the exploration of assigned reading and company websites
  • Utilizes social network sites for sourcing and networking for new opportunities and candidates.
  • Data entry of potential target companies into our Opportunity Pipeline
  • Document and PowerPoint presentation, creation
  • Candidate prequalification and interview coordination
  • Applicant Tracking System database searches and updating.

Job Requirements

 

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Management/Marketing), Human Resource Management, Communications, the Life Sciences or similar
  • Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment, in a virtual world – must be “disciplined”
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, LinkedIn, major job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Paint and PowerPoint
  • Should have a strong desire to research and source, recruit and qualify; assist and support your Senior Staff member and the Team, in general
