Responsibilities

The MSL serves as an advocate for our client within the healthcare community and is responsible to establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders w hile developing a strong understanding of relevant recommendations, clinical practice, and reimbursement within the healthcare system. Additional repsonsiblities include:

  • Providing a balanced, non-promotional, high-level scientific and technical partnership to internal and external stakeholders for the benefit of patient care.
  • Playing a critical role in developing insights through KOL engagement, which support the development of innovative medical affairs strategies and plans to enhance patient care.
  • Transferring from clinical into prelaunch and launch activities, MSLs will support organizational awareness campaigns and continue to be the scientific shepherd for information dissemination.

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • PhD, NP, PA, or PharmD preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of clinical, scientific research, or industry related experience or equivalent required
  • Previous field-based medical affairs experience required
  • Allergy/respiratory experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, overnights and weekends may be required, and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
