Responsibilities

As a member of the Global Commercial Recruiting Team, the Recruiting Reporting Analyst Intern will be primarily responsible for partnering with Operations staff to identify a wide variety of Reporting and Analytics tools and processes to optimize the talent fulfillment process for managers and recruiters.

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned:

• Review and validate measures, reports and KPI across reporting platforms.
• Support the implementation of our new ATS by helping with the development of a report inventory.
• Engage in the development of our first data dictionary.

Job Requirements

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or similar
• Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment
• Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
• Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to brainstorm creative solutions to challenges, as they arise
• Should have a strong desire to source, recruit, qualify and assist and support Senior Staff in the recruitment cycle
• Proficiency in Internet applications, major job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
