Responsibilities
This candidate will assist with senior team leadership in meeting coordination, travel, expense tracking and submission, support organization of monthly staff meetings and biannual team celebrations, contribute to development and execution of agency culture initiatives and provide oversight and ordering of in-office meals and snacks for onsite teams. Additionally, the broader B2 leadership team requires support on updating and submitting monthly updates to financial and staffing data.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience as an office manager and/or executive assistant.
