Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Associate Sales Representative (ASR) role is responsible for building relationships with recognized experts, Health Care Providers (HCPs), and prioritized stakeholders in the therapeutic area. The ASR is a hybrid role that provides support for vacant territories, as needed. You will:

  • Develop and manage a vacant territory with the goal of maximizing sales
  • Recognize and develop business relationships with targeted HCPs in a hybrid environment (both in person and virtual)
  • Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
  • Deliver disease state and product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits and services
  • Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum of 1+ years business to business sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong track record of sales success and experience developing, implementing, executing, and measuring success
  • Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
