Overview

The Paid Media Manager is the owner and expert of multiple advertising channels used to contribute referrals and prescreens to enrolling studies.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy strategies within their high-volume channels to meet the expected target conversion and prescreen goals for each study assigned to them by the Advertising Director.
  • Amongst the team of advertising strategists, this position along with the rest of the team will provide coaching and occasional oversight to Advertising Coordinators to achieve overall enrollment goals on all studies.
  • Be the expert on the tactics you own, such as Facebook, Craigslist, Google Ads, etc
  • Cooperate with Advertising Director to develop campaign planning strategies
  • Deliver prescreens into active, enrolling studies
  • Develop new tactics to add to the overall volume of prescreens
  • Mentor junior Advertising Managers

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and specifically paid media
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their success and uplifts the team through coaching
  • Understanding of industry, medical terminology, customer, and patient base
