Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with Biosector 2 gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events designed just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, communications training sessions and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!

This Opportunity

Biosector 2 is a full-service healthcare communications agency that goes beyond PR to create personalized brand experiences. We develop strategic marketing solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech and health-and-wellness clients around the world. We create experiences that involve, inspire, educate and activate people through ongoing brand journeys.

Biosector 2 is looking for an intellectually curious problem solver to join our team to help continuously deliver strategic and data-driven solutions to our business unit partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on draft social copy and press materials (press releases, Q&As, key messages, etc.)
• Conduct desk research on topics important to our clients
• Support account management, including agendas, call notes, trackers and action plans
• Participate in brainstorms
• Conduct media monitoring – keeping a pulse on the healthcare landscape
• Develop media lists and reporter/interview briefing documents
• Participate in team and client meetings
