Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Responsibilities

This Opportunity

The Deployment Solutions Operations team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on various projects supporting the Deployment Solutions field teams. In this role you will be helping on projects in the following areas:

Business Intelligence & Incentive Compensation

  • Support development of descriptive analytics, insights, and reporting for the business intelligence team.
  • Support commercial data analyses in areas such as: IC trends, customer targeting, key performance indicators, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Utilize data visualization tools and other techniques for analyzing or visualizing data as required.
Training
  • Update and prepare training materials for clients. Amend and revise materials as necessary, to adapt to changes that occur.
  • Support training efforts, handle related tasks as assigned.
  • Act as support, fielding client, project managers, and trainer’s questions or issues related to training documents.
  • Meticulously maintain and update course requirements, as necessary.
  • Maintain and update training calendars and training records.
  • Collaborate and align with the matrix team, scheduling virtual meetings and managing registrations for virtual trainings when applicable.
  • Assist with the completion of current project tasks
Project Management
  • Meeting notes, scheduling, business writing, and a willingness to add their ideas to improving project plans.

This is a 12-week internship; full-time over Summer 2023.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Project Management
  • Past internship experience or project work in N/A
  • Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry
