Responsibilities

  • Lead KDB+/Shakti CoE (Center of Excellence) at offshore
  • Build innovative IPs and Solution Accelerators with KDB+/Shakti as the core & create collaterals 
  • Support the engagements dealing with KDB+/Shakti 
  • The role will require the candidate to work closely with business team, customers, and other technology teams 
  • The candidate should possess good analytical, strong engineering skills and a logical approach to problem solving
  • Mentor the newcomers in KDB+/Shakti, and handhold them on need basis 

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in KDB+/q for 3 - 5 years
  • Strong understanding of data loading and management
  • Ability to reverse engineer existing q scripts
  • Fair experience with Linux environment and shell scripting
  • Exposure to DevOps tools, Jenkins, would be assets
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Open mind to research, explore, embrace new domains
  • Team collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client interactions is a must as the job involves working with multiple clients/ stakeholders in a dynamic, fast paced environment
