Syneos Health Creative Studio Network supports over 12+ Syneos marketing and communication agencies as well as direct-to-client engagements. For the Syneos Communications Group, BoldSky Creative Studios functions as the agencies’ creative execution and production arm, by implementing their creative vision. Boldsky Creative Studio is seeking a Graphic Design Lead with 5-10 years’ experience who wants to be part of a collaborative team of creative professionals.

As a Graphic Design Lead, you will lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers to ensure all projects are done efficiently, are set up to spec/art ready, and of the highest level of craft and execution. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the Pharma market and current trends. Having the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads is another must-have skill in such a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• 5-10 years working within an Agency, Design Studio, Production House or other creative team environment
• Work with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page and can deliver a great product together
• Ensure that both quality and compliance standards are met
• Clearly communicate project status, progress and time requirements with the Creative Services Manager, Creative Director, and other senior team members
• Think about business implications of your team’s design decisions and ensuring your work influences positive business outcomes, such as scaling the company’s team to help the company grow and/or reduce costs
• Uncover and share interesting trends and developments in design on any platform
• Baseline visual design and interaction design skills, sometimes with basic user research skills mixed in and a thorough knowledge of print ready production and digital specs

Job Requirements

• Ability to lead, take initiative, to thrive within ambiguity, and handle complex situations
• Analyze, design, implement and lead development processes
• High levels of attention to detail, patience and flexibility
• Highly proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (using Adobe CC suite)
• Ambitious with an open mind and strong work ethic
