Responsibilities

the opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our client within candidate care during the interview process. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience by managing candidate logistics, communications around interview schedules, and supporting Hiring Managers and candidates.  You will be a key team member supporting the recruiting team to organize, coordinate, track, and document interviews across the organization.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing candidate communication and logistics as needed
  • Updating key critical business documents to schedule, organize, and track a high volume of interviews across multiple locations and time zones
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Interacting with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership, hiring leaders, recruiters, & candidates as necessary to support interview scheduling needs
  • Other administrative and recruitment-related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will reside in EST time zone.

Job Requirements

Here’s what it takes:

  • AAS degree, BS/BA preferred.
  • Intermediate – expert level proficiency with MS Office applications, including creating professional presentations in MS Powerpoint
  • Proven record of performing in a coordinator role
  • Ability to balance day-to-day priorities while attending to urgent requests, as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to work with multiple different teams and stakeholders
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Passion for fostering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
  • Possess an elevated level of professionalism, being comfortable and confident in a polished – corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of HR and/or Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is highly preferred
  • 6 months of experience in the recruiting industry (agency or in-house corporate team) is preferred
