Account Supervisor, Social Impact

Overview

Looking for a motivated, creative and passionate individual to join our growing Social Impact and ESG team. We partner with health companies to advance and communicate about strategies, programs and initiatives that positively impact society in areas aligned with their business and enhance long-term business value (e.g., corporate social responsibility(CSR)/Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/sustainability).

This individual will serve as our clients’ day-to-day contact and drive projects from conception to completion, including providing strategic counsel and developing communications materials (from concepting to drafting to delivery). Projects include strategy development, writing of internal and external communications (e.g., annual reports, infographics, press releases, blog posts, social media content), planning and coordination, partner engagement and executive presentation and talking points development.

We are looking for a creative thinker, problem-solver and team player who is able to multi-task and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must have experience in communications, a passion for social impact/CSR/ESG, high attention to detail and strong organization and verbal and written communications skills. Clients are CSR and ESG experts and view us as partners, including our team in collaborating with colleagues across their business and working closely with executive management, CEO and board of directors, allowing for unique professional growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, including leading regular meetings
• Drive projects from conception to completion
• Write and produce high-quality communications materials (e.g., infographics/fact sheets, social content, letters, blog posts, press releases, reports)
• Develop strategic presentations for leadership and executive meetings
• Conduct online research, including peer benchmarking, analyze findings and translate into tangible takeaways
• Work closely with immediate Social Impact team as well as internal hoc media, reputation management, corporate communications, research, digital, creative, consulting and other strategists, per client needs

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of communications experience, ideally in healthcare/public health
• Experience with—and strong passion for—social impact/CSR/ESG/sustainability
• Knowledge of the social impact/CSR/ESG space, including regulation and standards (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail, writing (specifically creative/emotive, not standard corporate), verbal communications, organization and time management skills
• Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planning
• Ability to collaborate closely and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and other partners
• Ability to multi-task and proven success maintaining high-quality work in fast-paced and demanding (AND fun and collaborative) environment
• Energized by being a member of a highly entrepreneurial work environment that rewards and fosters personal initiative and teamwork
• Eager to grow and learn in a rapidly-evolving space
