Responsibilities

The Regional Manager will report to Syneos/Client National Business Director and will be directly responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as coach to success the sales team in their district to successfully launch an Immunology Biosimilar product to targeted physicians. The Regional Manager will:

• Be responsible for motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the Immunology Sales Specialists in their district.
• Identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
• Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Degree preferred
• 7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience
• 5+ years of district or regional management experience with established leadership performance
• Previous Immunology, biosimilar experience is desirable
• Diverse Commercial experience in Training, Sales Ops, Market Access, IC preferred
• Ability to travel as business needs require (50%)
