We are seeking a customer-facing Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner candidate with 7+ years of experience with web/cloud applications to help lead development of innovative enterprise software solutions.


  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to translate their needs into requirements for development and quality testing. Precisely and consistently capture business problems and nonfunctional requirements.

  • Help guide the launch of new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly on enhancements and issue remediation.
  • Prioritize competing business demands, elicit high-level business requirements, and assess the risks of various solutions.
  • Articulate the business impact of business problems and understand the organization’s economic and revenue drivers.
  • Lead development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners, including managing stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, quality assurance, implementation, user adoption, and change management.
  • Present ideas in a concise, focused manner. Clearly articulate the role of data and technology in terms easily understood by business constituencies.
  • Drive the execution of product strategy through the discovery, development, and implementation of leading-edge analytics that answer important business questions.
  • Mentor, manage, and influence leadership and team members to ensure continuous development without having to leverage explicit direct authority
  • Help develop and perform User Acceptance Testing with the customer by balancing organization need and best practices.


Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience coupled with organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of serving as a coach and SME for healthcare/clinical business teams to develop and grow the skill set of the healthcare/clinical business analyst(s) they manage.
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in the clinical domain and managing a product team
  • Firm understanding of operations in the health care industry and business processes
  • Ability to manage and effectively communicate project priorities and deadlines of projects
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven ability to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnerships
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs
  • Experience with extracting and analyzing data and identifying issues (e.g., via SQL and standard IDEs and/or data exploration tools such as Power BI)
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from customers and team and requiring coordination with other departments
