Provides extensive HR support to the Communications business, ensuring a positive employee experience. Act as point person for escalated and complex HR issues. Participates in the development and administration of HR strategies while implementing HR policy and procedure. Builds strong professional relationships with Managers and employees within the Communications organization and other partners and stakeholders across Syneos. Provides HR project execution support as needed. 



  • Act as HR contact for the employees and line managers in the Communications space, acting as a liaison between the employee and the Centers of Excellence (COE) for escalated needs.
  • Building relationships with COEs and other stakeholders to effectively navigate HR challenges and processes
  • Partners with employees and local management to communicate various HR policies, practices and Company guidelines, ensuring adherence to legislation and statutes. Seeks senior HR involvement and Legal guidance as applicable.
  • Participates and manages HR projects and initiatives; internship program, job description harmonization, career mapping, training initiatives, job code and title review, etc
  • Effectively navigates our HRIS to produce ad hoc and recurring reports for HRBPs as necessary, helping analyze data.
  • Provides onboarding and offboarding support; conducts exit interviews and analyzes survey data, sharing results. Recommends new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvement and retention of staff.
  • Bridges HR initiatives from COEs to the business; including performance management, learning & development opportunities
  • Building relationships with Managers and employees to provide a pulse check on the agencies. 
  • Maintains current knowledge and expertise in Human Resources and applicable industry including country specific regulations, competitive and trend information.

  • 2-3 yrs of relevant experience in the HR space.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and communication skills are required. Be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills, able to manage relationships and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to be resourceful with strong follow up and follow through
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial. Is self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills needed
