The Business Development Strategist facilitates growth across the Syneos Health advertising agencies by leading reactive pitches/proposals and supporting prospecting and marketing efforts. They collaborate with all agency disciplines to create content and drive project progress.
The Business Development Strategist will support the senior Business Development Strategists (EVP/VP/Director).
This role will be responsible for the big picture, the overarching business strategy and proposal story development. They create consistency and add value throughout the development of new business proposals by helping to articulate the strategy in a way that’s true to the winning premise. They help create an environment where collaboration and iteration of the work is encouraged, facilitating connection points where teams can share and challenge perspectives, and serving as a decision maker to ensure the team aligns and moves forward. In the home stretch of the pitch, the business strategist ties all of the pieces together by refining iteration into final product with a compelling story structure for the team to take and make their own on pitch day. For written proposals, the business strategist takes on responsibility for turning the team’s ideas and strategies into persuasive client-facing prose.
