Work with consultants to determine the appropriate project steps and pricing for potential clients
Assist in development of proposals and pitch presentations for potential brand strategy clients
Manage the flow of work of multiple projects to ensure internal and external deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Provide training to brand strategy and cross-functional team members on principles of brand strategy, best practices, and ongoing understanding of the value of strategy in decision making
Build client relationships that facilitate trust and additional opportunities for Addison Whitney
Develop brand strategy workshops and lead workshop activities in conjunction with consultants
Develop brand strategy options for clients reflective of clients’ business strategy
Develop client-facing presentations outlining strategy options, recommendations and analysis
Conduct analysis of potential brand strategy options to identify the most viable option(s)
Help consultants present and defend findings and recommended strategies
Take part in ongoing review calls with the client’s project team
Develop presentations to aid clients in securing executive buy-in for recommended strategies
Develop brand launch plans
Develop final client products/deliverables, including brand education, guidelines for positioning, messaging and portfolio strategy, brand decision trees, brand strategy implementation and product naming guidelines
