Responsibilities

We are searching for a talent acquisition specialist to help build healthcare and life science organizations, by sourcing top talent for our rpo (recruitment process outsourcing) partnerships. This position reports to the Team Manager/Director, RPO. More specifically,

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple skill sets, consistent with client goals and deliverables.
  • Incorporate comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction and development techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Manage social media and job board advertising or career-site postings, ensuring postings are compelling, accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
  • Screen candidates for initial suitability.


Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences/biopharmaceutical space is ideal.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Passion for fostering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
